Make a kanji worksheet from a photo
You can now use a photo of kanji study material to start making a worksheet. On the photo page, choose Japanese elementary grade 1–6, select one photo, and crop the part you want to use.
I didn't want every character in a photo to become a question automatically. A page may also contain explanations and examples. That's why you first see the words the system thinks are study targets and can decide which ones to use with your child.
Check the suggestions before building
After analysing the photo, the page shows suggested words in their order. You can remove words you don't need and correct mistakes. The initial format is a writing test. Once you've chosen the words for a sheet, diglabo builds a proposal from questions it already has. The AI doesn't create a new question sentence from the photographed text.
Photo reading can be wrong. If no existing question matches a selected word, the page names that word and stops the proposal. You can deselect it or change the format and try again.
What happens to the photo, and how often you can try
The page tells you where the photo will be sent. diglabo doesn't store the original or resized photo in its database or file storage. An external AI service analyses it, so please read the information on the page before sending it.
You can try once without registering. A registered account can use it up to three times per day, Japan time. You can still choose free kanji worksheets without using a photo.
Choose the words for one sheet
You can inspect the proposal in the existing editor, make changes, and then create a PDF. The photo is a starting point; your family decides which words and questions to keep. Try it first with one page that clearly shows the part your child wants to practise.
