Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the service provided by dig hacks, Inc. ("we"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Service": our learning support service. "User": any person who uses the Service. "Third-party Services": services we integrate with or entrust, including Firebase.

2. Account and Authentication

  • The Service uses Firebase for authentication.
  • You must keep registration information true and accurate.
  • Minors must use the Service with guardian consent.

3. Data and Privacy

Information collected (nickname, birth month/year, country, Firebase authentication data, minimal technical info) and purposes/retention/sharing follow our Privacy Policy, which prevails for details.

4. Service Content and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service. Material changes will be notified in the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Violations of laws or public order and morals
  • Infringement of rights, defamation, spam, service disruption, excessive load
  • Unauthorized access or reverse engineering
  • False registration, commercial exploitation, other inappropriate acts as determined by us

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service belong to us or our licensors. Users may use the Service on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. We are not liable for damages arising from third-party services (e.g., Firebase), network conditions, or devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred and shall not exceed the fees paid to us by the user in the past 12 months (0 if the Service is free).

The Service uses Firebase. We are not responsible for the terms, availability, or issues of such services.

We may contact users via in-service notices or registered email.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms as needed. Material changes will be notified in the Service and will apply after the effective date we set.

12. Anti-social Forces

Users represent and warrant that they are not and will not be involved with anti-social forces.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
