Six triangles and quadrilaterals set on grid paper are examined, and the pairs identical in both shape and size are answered by symbol. Figures that land on each other after a turn or a flip count as members of the same family. Nothing but the symbol for a pair gets written in, and no side length or angle size is given as a figure.

Papers are common that decide a figure is different purely because it faces another way. Copy it onto paper and turn it, flip it and lay it on top, and judge by whether every corresponding side length and angle size agrees.
This is the entrance to Congruent Figures and Angles, and angle sizes are not yet counted. From Angles of a Triangle the work leaves the comparing of figures and finds angle sizes by calculation.
