Symmetric Figures

One polygon is set on grid paper and whether it is line symmetric gets answered with one of two symbols, all by eye. For figures known to be line symmetric the number of axes is counted, and whether a figure is point symmetric is judged and answered the same way.

Whether a figure is point symmetric is decided by whether vertices sit an equal distance away on a straight line through the center. Look at distance alone without confirming that the line is straight, and shapes such as an isosceles trapezoid, with two opposite sides equal, get through as well. Whether a half turn makes the figure land on itself is what that straight line confirms.
