What this worksheet covers

Grade 6 (Elementary School) / The Structure of Measurement Units / Word Problems with Various Quantities

The restatings handled separately across the three earlier lessons now mix inside one scene. Quantities from different fields, length, area and weight among them, change from question to question, and a written quantity is converted in one move into the unit asked for, with the expression and the answer both written, as word problems.

In questions mixing a and ha for area, the other units move by a thousand and drag the hand along, so 1 ha gets written as 1000 a. Since m² with a, a with ha, and ha with km² all stand in a relation of a hundred, count the places in the answer to see whether the zeros were moved three at a time.

Lessons aiming at the restating itself end here. In Traveler Problems speed and time get built into a scene, and matching the units turns into preparation before an expression can be set up.
