- Division and Fractions
Expressing a Quotient as a Fraction, and rewriting a fraction back into a division, are practiced in both directions as Calculation. The work opens from writing a quotient straight down as a fraction, and Simplifying and Converting to Mixed Numbers goes on to simplify whatever can be simplified and turn an improper fraction into a mixed number. Word Problems about sharing equally and about how many times as large are mixed in.

In Simplifying and Converting to Mixed Numbers, papers stop after only one of the two, the simplifying or the change to a mixed number. An answer of this shape has a numerator smaller than its denominator, and those two carried as far as they will no longer divide. Anything left over means the finishing is incomplete.
Where Reducing, Common Denominators, Equal Fractions rewrote fractions, here a fraction becomes the answer to a division itself. Fractions and Decimals expresses the same number in decimal dress as well.
