What this worksheet covers
- Worksheet

A multiplier up to eight leaves a two-digit answer, while nine and above give three digits. An answer that does not fit has lost the figure sent from the tens up into the hundreds. Writing the two partial products beside the equation makes the loss visible at a glance.
Last of the three lessons that make up the unit. The split is the one used in The 11 Times Table, with only the added part changing to the two part, and the answer now reaches three digits. The next unit puts this multiplication to work inside situations.
